Experienced bartenders, who are confident & capable working in fast-paced, high–volume venues.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a fast paced bar environment.

• Have previous experience cocktail making (as well as other beverages)

• Serve all beverages to a high standard in a timely manner

• Bring an outgoing, engaging, and positive personality, able to provide great customer service.

• Work collaboratively with strong communication skills – a hardworking team player. 

• Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area.

• Able and willing to work nights & peak periods (including weekends & public holidays) - including peak summer

• Be able to start work in September/October 2026

• Hold a valid RSA in Victoria
